Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information to facilitate the consulting process. This includes access to necessary data, resources, and personnel within the organization.

Consultation Fees:

  • JRG Collective charges fees for consulting services rendered, which are determined based on the scope and complexity of the project. Fee structures may vary and will be communicated to the client prior to engagement.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Client:
    Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled start date will incur no cancellation fees. A written email request for cancellation must be received within 2 days prior to the project start date.

    • Cancellations within 1 week (7 days) of the scheduled start date:
      Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total consulting fee.

    • Cancellations after 1 week (7 days or more):
      If a cancellation occurs after 1 week, the client will be responsible for payment of all fees incurred up to the date of cancellation.

    • Cancellation after services have been rendered:
      Cancellation requests received after services have been delivered will not be eligible for a refund, and the client will be responsible for payment of the full consulting fees.

  • The client agrees to this cancellation policy by making an initial, partial, or full payment for the agreed services.

Protecting Our Brand:

  • Upholding the integrity of our brand is paramount. We take proactive measures to prevent chargebacks, disputes, and payment cancellations.

  • In the event of unauthorized charges or payment issues, we will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure a fair outcome for all parties involved.

  • Customers found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, such as filing false chargebacks or disputing legitimate charges, will be banned from future purchases and may face legal action.
